Hi,
I got an RFE on EAD Renewal and notice says the following.
The application you submitted must bear the original signature of the applicant. You must sign the attached copy of Form I-765 in the signature block marked in Red.
I got only RFE notice with this information and there is no attachment with this RFE.
I am 200% sure that I signed the application.
Now I have no idea what to do and there is no attachment to sign.
I filed myself without attorney help.
Any one please help me how to handle this RFE.
Can I send new I-765 application or request again for attachment

You might have signed using a black ink. Now-a-days, the photocopiers are so cool, you can not differentiate between original and a copy. It could be one of the reason, USCIS has sent an RFE on your EAD. Write a cover letter, Fill a new 765 form with the same details as the one you last sent and Remember to sign in BLUE ink.

during our meeting with the lobbyists in Washington D.C. one thing stood clear. We have to get our employers in the big picture and we need to meet the lawmakers. For this we are going to start this effort �Meet the lawmakers�. The material and corresponding will eventually come from the Lobbying firm. But in the mean time we need to build the team. Immigrationvoice Board of directors has given me the responsibility to build this specific team. nope. not at all. if you want a camera that takes short video clips almost all of the consumer level point and shoot cameras take a video clip with sound and all of them no mater the quality of camera shoot at 640x480 resolution at 30 frames per second. all told they are kinda fun to use and most will shoot for however long your media card allows before running out of space on a 2 gig card you can figure about 30 minutes worth. and also for the video feature some of the low end 100 dollar cameras take just as good quality video as the upper level ones. in fact in my case my wife owns a samsung dig cam that is under 100 bucks and it outperforms my canon digital elph in video for the reason that the lens on hers can zoom in and out opticly while recording my 250 dollar digital elph can zoom opticly before the record button is pushed but once you start recording it will zoom but only digitally which makes for low quality at 640x480 resolution. so i say buy the d40x or the canon rebel xti and then buy a point and shoot camera for the video clips. hope this steers you in the right direction.

Can someone explain how the lawyer files I-485(Does she e-file? or mail it to USCIS?) and how we know about it? How long does it take to know you have filed it? and how do we know about it?Lawyer mail the package to USCIS. Good lawyer tell their client tracking number and then send email with case numbers and copies of receipt notices.

Most of us with English as our native tongue are spoiled and speak no other language well. And, as Fred says, some of us don't do well with English either...
The mountains are nice, though, since both the foreground hill and background hill are the same apparent height, it does not have as much impact as it could have.
The gull shot is sharp, but will appeal to people more if you get them traveling basically toward the camera, rather than away from the camera as is the case here. I have also found that I like to have some space in front of an animal/bird/fish so it looks like they are going somewhere.
Just my opinion. The most important thing, of course, is that you like them :)

I am trying to schedule a visa appointment date and VFS website doesn't show any consulate except chennai!! can somebody please let me know what should be the reason? Last week, I was able to see Mumbai and Chennai and now Mumbai is gone! Is this because no appointments dates are available or something wrong with the website. I tried using different browsers, clearing cache, etc. but no help so far. Please help me. Will really appreciate your response.

Folks make sure the A number is same in both applications, if they are different USCIS puts it aside and will not process, I found out today while getting my address verified with USCIS IO, they had entered my address wrongly.
WHile checking the IO said it was good that my wife's derivate app under me, and her self 485 App A numbers match. Otherwise, they put it in pending state forever.
I am still in a confused state.IV friends continue to neglect my threads.:D.
I was in L2 EAD and had a A# starting with 1 .Now after filing for GC all my receipt notices have a different A# starting with"0"."Alien number is something like SSN " was my persumption.I had also filled in the applications for GC using the L2 EAD alien number.Attorney never replies.Totally confused.:confused:

Here are my case details
EB3 - 485 filed in Sept 2007 for me and spouse
My spouse now has a approved I140 in EB2.
Can we "interfile" and use my I485 app and interchange the dependents. I understand that we will have to use the 2010 priority date.
Or should we file new I485s that make the spouse primary and me dependent.
If "interfiling" is possible, how long does it generally take?

My wife is on a contract jod to another city and now I get this FP notice which is scheduled in the city I reside. is it possible to reschedule it to another location. On the Notice itself there is an option to reschedule is to another time but not to another location

Hello guys,
I came to US to pursue masters, and have started working on H1b while working on my thesis in parallel. Meanwhile my advisor did not get his tenure approved, and had to leave the university. So I had to abandon my thesis work, and had to register for extra courses. My employer and the client I work for are okay to let me go to university for 2 months, but my employer did not pay me for the period (no paystubs for this period). So my year-end wages fell short of the LCA amount.
I know that unpaid leave is not legal while on bench, but since I took the leave while I was actually on a project, does anybody think mine is a genuine case, if there is any such thing??
I am looking to go for stamping, and is really urgent

Does anyone know if you can file for I-485 on a B1/B2 or do you need to have an H4 status?
It seems to me, you are on a B1/B2 and are contemplating a marriage to a "485 current" green card benfeciary...and subsequently filing the 485 jointly with your would be other half...
The intention in a B class visa is very weak and its purpose very limited. It is best to not do anything while on the B visa, and relinquish the B status, then either re-enter on a stronger intent visa (H1/H4 or L1) and then file 485 or file the 485 from outside the country.
Any change of status from a B class visa is usually looked upon with a frown by the USCIS...
Even if you are not contemplating a marriage, but are already married for long but just happen to be in the US on a B Class visa, it is best to reliquish your B status, before doing anyting...

Requiring experience in addition to MS degree is considered "normal" for positions in Job Zone V. Whether it's more likely to trigger an audit or not - I doubt anybody will be able to tell you. For that somebody has to have experience of filing two PERMS, almost identical except for the experience requirement. I doubt many people have such an experience

I filed my I-485 in month of August 2008. I have FP appointment for me and my son on 31st Dec 2008, and for my wife on Jan 2nd 2009. Can my wife just walk in for finger print on 31st along with me and my son ? or she only need to go on 2nd Jan ?
