Hi,
DOB was entered incorrect while renewing EAD. EAD got approved but now I want to send it back to correct the mistake I did. So, I guess my question is - When I send my EAD back with the application for Replacement, do I need to pay the fee for EAD again?
Your help will be appreciated.

Hi
my wife has got H1 this year and
she wants to transfer to H4 as she got Ead and she
wants to use EAD .and still we didnt get AP.she wants
to leave to india in jan she dont have stamp in her
passport
if we apply now for the conversion of H1 to H4 can
she leave to india now and can i send that approval
letter to india then she goes to stamping in india.
is it possible. please suggest me
She can stay as "Pending AOS" and work on EAD. If you are worried about
keeping H status also. You can keep ur H1 if your primary. If anything happens bad with your GC , she can go out and come back on H4. Just switch her to EAD , get a job.

Since you are running Expression Blend 3, you can just open the Page.xaml.cs C# file directly inside Blend itself and write your code.

When I went to my county health dept to get vaccination shots (for medical exam), they asked me to see the civil surgeon first, "else you will pay lot more for shots that you do not need". I gave them the standard list (MMR, Polio, DTaP, Influenza type B, Hepatitis B), and there are a few more in (page 3 of) I-693 form (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-693.pdf). Someone on this thread (http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/showthread.php?t=5553) (second-last post) says you may need a shorter list based on your age group. Did anyone recently take these shots, and can she/he give the correct list here?

I only took TDaP (Adacel) shot. For MMR, Hepatitis B and Chicken Pox I had a blood test which showed that I am immune. You do not need polio shot.

My wife recently went for a H1B renewal stamping in india. They visa officer provided a 221(g) administrative processing (pink) requesting additional documents (job description, reasearch projects, previous visas list etc..,). She is preparing the necessary docs to submit the same. Since she went to india for a short trip (travelling back next week).
1. She has Advanced parole. Can we use Advance parole??
2. If we use Advance parole, then once the Adminstrative processing is complete, how do we handle the stamping?? Do we need to go back again to the consulate to get the stamping done? or is there a way to withdraw the visa application from the consulate??
I would greatly appreciate if someone is similar situation share their experiences

I need some good advice on what to do next in my situation.My 1st 3 Yr H1B comes to an end in April and i have another 3 years left in my H1B. Recently in dec i got my I-140 EB3 approved and my 485 is pending PD JAN 2005. I applied for EAD for my wife in july and she got it in sept. I am confused about what to do next? It was a nightmare for few weeks but, long story short...I got my new passport after the Embassy cannot find my original I sent for renewal. Please let me know if I need to get it stamped within any timeframe. My current I-797 expires MAY 2010. I have an approved 140 and EAD but my attourney suggested to stay on H1B.

If new position is similar in responsibilities, then no effect. but if the responsibilities are changing, I would recommend talking to your immigration lawyer about it
