80% didn't want a liberal government, 70% didn't want a NDP government. Conservatives won the majority of seats, now let them run the show for a while.
64! 1,235! 42! I like playing games like screaming numbers too. Seriously how did you come by those percentages?
<edit> Ah I see, percentage of votes in favour of the party; then by that standard 60% of the country didn't want a conservative government now did they. </edit>

No it's not banned. They are intentionally trying to make it more difficult for you to buy it. You have to do the footwork yourself to get it. It is unprecendented for a company to want to make their product more difficult to buy.
oh my.. poor baby... such a hard life you lead... having to actually go do something yourself, next you will tell us how you have all of your mail hand delivered to you on a silver platter and your butler or maid reads it all to you.
Given how many members of MacRumors don't even have an Apple store in their city let alone state or country you come of as a whinger who needs sympathy when in reality you have nothing to complain about in the first place.
Maybe the truth is you are complaining about losing your easy way to get iPhones through fraudulant means and selling them for a profit? I mean, why else would you suggest that AT&T is lying about fraud as potential reason for blocking online purchases in your area?
Go take a walk, you can probably hit 5 AT&T resellers of some sort or Apple stores throwing a baseball from your front doorstep.

Listen that's kinda odd you're actually saying that, cause you know it's just a nickname. And you probably didn't exactly read my thread but please re-read it you've answered something I didn't actually mean to.

Around the Manchester area, it's about 1.40 per litre of unleaded.
That's 2.3$/litre.
If I do the maths right, that's 3.7854118 * 2.3
Which equates to 8.706$/gallon.
Pretty expensive over here at the moment.

Yeah Somalia has been at war for years and their technology has utterly skyrocketed.
Fun fact: LED TV's were invented during wartime because our soldiers in Afghanistan were tired of hauling their 50 inch tube tv's through the desert.
Those are all blanket statements that could be wrong depending on what example you use. IE the best Medical sensor out there is the MRI and it wasn't invented to detect bombs. Actually if you try to use an MRI to detect a bomb, there's a good chance you'll blow yourself up.
Doesn't cancer immediately threaten lives?
If you're going to present an argument, try not to reach to the bottom of the barrel and take it out of context.
First of all, obviously the war we are talking about when large nations take part in it, not gang skirmishes.
And besides all the historic military budget devoted to the "timeline of LED emergence", here's a recent DARPA accomplisment over the period of 10 years. That's right...since 2001! Afghanistan invasion!

Obviously I'm just making a generalized argument and not talking about all "medical sensors" that exist.
And I don't know what world you live in, but most ppl I've ever met never thought they would get cancer. Or at least not until they are very old when many ppl get it anyway b4 they die. Certainly not young ppl and in a couple of years.

see this youtube video and you will be able to determine whether CPU affects the overall speed more than GPU. This guy compared 11" MBA(with 320M graphics) and 13" sandy bridge MBP with SSD(with Intel 3000HD graphics )
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qp720fEnuRs
Of course sandy bridge MBA won't use full power sandy bridge. But you will know that MBA's performance is just overpraised by SSD, not by GPU. Once other notebooks get SSD, MBA's benefit is only limited to small form factor and weight.(maybe + high resolution)
I just don't understand people overpraising 320M on MBA, this made me to join here.
Great comparison. Definitely makes me rethink my decision between a 2011 MBP and 2011 MBA. Looking forward to his comparison between those 2, that's for sure. But the higher resolution on the MBA is a huge factor for me (coming down from my current 1600x900 13in), and the 2011 MBP's is just too low IMO.

even the normal ones cant match up to the 320m esp in windows so i wonder how a 6EU underclocked/volted HD3000 would be able to catch up:mad:
All mobile CPUs have Intel HD 3000 which has 12 EUs.

It's nice to see that the banner from the Apple website is being replicated at the MW venue (assuming it isn't a fake), but it shouldn't been seen as an indication that 2007 is going to bring amazing products. Remember that apple has a track record of over-hyping itself.

Meh, it was effective enough to get in the LA Times...
...the only reason why I didn't like the campaign at first was because I thought it was dull and everyone would pass it by as if it were just another commercial. But according to this article, it sounds like it has generated some definite interest...which, imo, is a good thing.
effective does not mean good. ever heard of negative attention?
those ads suck...admit it. they are AWFUL.

The channels that do not participate are just inching that much more toward obscurity.
Just recently we cancelled the cable subscription (still have KylinTV IPTV) for lack of use. Only one TV show was watched per week, and that can be purchased on iTunes in a superior format to what we got via cable, for a fraction of the cost of cable.
If my provider had an app like this, we would have stayed subscribed. Its arcane to sit down in front of a screen at a predetermined time to watch programming, it really is.
