There is no FIFO system.. whatever gets picked out of the DUMP gets processed.. I don't think one can draw any conlcusion based on approvals..

You can use either the current edition of 06/05/2008 since that's the version on USCIS web site or use the older version until July 31, 2008. From August 1, 2008 you MUST use the 06/05/08 edition only. I am sure your doctor will have the older edition.

The first one is best, since you got the eye. The focus seems just a little soft, though. The eye is the key to getting the viewer to connect with the animal, IMHO, and if you get the eye in sharp, a little softness elsewhere will not really hurt the shot. It's hard to get these little guys though, and the color is fantastic.

ATA conf is a popular event among South Indian (Telugu) immigrants - this year their meeting is in NJ. During this even they seems to have an immigration forum with Attorney Murthy - details are below. If enough IV members are attending - it will be a good idea to have an informal meeting among ourselves. I am also trying to contact organizers to see if they will be OK to announce about IV and our activities - some of us can volunteer to talk to anyone interested to talk more or involve in IV's acitivities.

sorry to break it to you - but he's quitting a very happy man as every other rupublican is trying to 'out-tancredo tancredo' as he himself put it. he's done his job and poisoned the atmosphere which is all he wanted to do.
I disagree . He thought his immigration stance will take him to white house. He earlier announced that he will not run for congress again. Poison can be taken care of as long as you kill the snake so that it does not bite other people.

How are you calculating the border right now? Are you simply taking the size of the image and subtracting a few pixels?
