Does USCIS usually says this. i assume it should say "AP approved " or something similar. Have anyone seen this message on tracking your online case status.

Hi,
I have applied for my wife's AP with NSC today and She needs to travel on April 3rd. I wanted to know how long does it take these days for approval?
Also, if she does not get the AP by April 3rd she would be travelling anyway. Because, I can mail her the AP once we receive even after her departure as I am going to be here in US. My question is if she travels out of the country before the approval, would USCIS know about it and would it affect her application? And if it does not come at all, can she apply for H4 stamping in India and come back on it? Please let me know guys.

I agree that you should just send the G-325, if that is all they ask for. Just follow the instructions on the RFE regarding how to respond.

My Husband�s priority date is Oct 2003 (EB3). My Employer is willing to start for GC in EB2. Can We use my husband�s EB3 Oct 2003 priority date ?

I didn't receive the receipt notice for my wife EAD but the check is in cashed. when my wife called TEXAS center, IO told it was rejected by mistake and reprocessed.
She will call again tomorrow to find more. Her online status is still, petition is not signed and rejected. Application mailed back. But I didn't get the any document in mail.

Hi,
My I140 got denied early this year and the appeal is pending. Processing times for the appeal is 22 months. My priority date will be current next month. Because of that i am considering to refile my I140 and 485 again and withdraw the appeal.
1) Can we refile I140 with the same category (EB2)
2) Can USCIS just deny the new I140 because of the earrlier denial
3) Is there any one who tried this. What is the outcome of the new I140 application.
Please share your experience and also please advice

I have my I-140 approved from Company A(Future Emp) PD 2002 and 485 PENDING . Since Visa category is current.
My current company B is asking me to apply for I-485 PD 2005 and withdraw 485 from Company A. Since PD of
Company A is 2002. I dont want to loose the opportunity. Should I join Company A/ Stick with Compamy B.
