    Thanks to both of you!

    I just got back to the post to update it. Even I found through another source that https://www.usvisa-mexico.com/ is the new website for booking visa appointments at mexico consulates!

    What makes me wonder though is the fact that tijuana us consulate website and nvars website still point to the old website!?

    Nice work. Not completely centered, the water draws your eye all the way through the photo, the texture of the rocks makes the negative space some interest.

    I got to use one of Gary Parr's "Kata" brand covers recently. They are quite nice and more importantly, they get the job done. Just a bit tough to put on but that probably isn't an issue with some practice.

    The Kata consists of one part to cover the camera (and your hands), the other is a lens cover (these are interchangable - different sized for different-sized lenses).

    I am not sure if someone is in same situation.For my I140 it says the following

    Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.

    On April 1, 2009 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

    I am not sure what does this mean. If some one can throw some light.

    Yes the bottom line is you have to withdraw one. In my case, I have to write in letter to USCIS in Nebraska becase I did self-filing. I've spoken to an agent a while ago. She said withdrawal will not affect my other I-485. Consult with your attorney. I already have a finger printing appointment next week so I'm goin to withdraw the I-485 receipt from Nebraska.

    Hi Guys,
    I was reading another thread and a question came to my mind..

    I entered in US on AP and got the I-94 with the validity date as my AP date. Now my AP is going to expire and I am not going to travel anywhere any time this year. So just wondering what will happen when the I-94 is expired. Do I have to get it renewed from somewhere or just dun worry about it. or do I have to apply for a new AP.

    Can anyone can shed some light on this situation?

    I am in the same situation. I thought that I will get new I-94 but not. My lawyer says that keep EAD and Dr. Lic with me all time in case I need to prove that I am legal ....

    How will removing country limits help China, India and ROW.

    Has someone done any calculations on visa date movement.

    We should have some comparison on this because some of us from China against. I seen many ROW against.

    Does it help only Indians or everyone by how much?

    I see these calculations bringing Indians, Chinese and ROW together.

    the truth is this.... some of the chinese are against removal of country limits becoz they do not care if it helps them..... they r simply opposed to removal of per country limits becoz they cannot see india getting any benefit..... its the age old chinese mindset which cannot be changed with numbers or calculations...... otherwise just think for u'rself...... if china is retrogressed as evident from monthly visa bulletin .... & removal of per country limits will create 1 queue for everyone..... then y would some of these chinese be opposed to the removal of per country limits.....

    There is no FIFO system.. whatever gets picked out of the DUMP gets processed.. I don't think one can draw any conlcusion based on approvals..
