According to Wikipedia It was released in Feb before the iPhone was released..

If you buy a Xeon 5160 (3.0GHz) at the moment they are £570. Apple are charging £530 to upgrade from Xeon 5150 (2.66GHz) to the Xeon 5160. Bearing in mind that you can probably sell the original 2.66Gz chip for around £300, it would be cheaper to buy the lower spec Mac Pro and upgrade yourself.
Forgive the £ for those that think in $.

Play it over the weekend - My biggest problem is theres nothing ground breaking about it. Kind of "more of the same" but with updated graphics (VERY good graphics mind you). My mate Jason wrote a pretty fair review, although some people REALLY didn't like it. It's a shame people cant write honest and fair reviews these days without people moaning and saying "why didnt it get 10/10 merrrrrr" - See Gran Turismo 5 Review (http://gamestyle.com/reviews/2012/gran-turismo-5/)

The trade dress claims do not list specific models.
Which tells me somebody botched it. Does it impact damage claims if Samsung decides to present one model that doesn't bear any ressemblance to the iPhone like the ones depicted above ?
Or can Apple amend to add specifity to the claim ?
Or is it moot in the eyes of the court and would only apply when calculating damages if a decision is done in favor of Apple ?

When will you people realize that Obama is not in charge? You're not in charge either. Corporate interest rules the USA, Libya has 2% of the world's oil supply and a lot of companies have interests there. No one intervened militarily in Rwanda or East Timor. I'm an Apple mobile device user, and I have never ever been on an Android-centric forum. Not one time! Why would I care what people who have such an obvious difference in taste think about what I have?
It never ceases to amaze me at how many Android users have to flock to a site called "MacRumors" because they feel then need to lead us poor blinded Apple "fanboys" to the bright shining city on a hill that is Android paradise.

I'm sure it will have a sensor on the computer... but as an added selling point, a second sensor on the Apple display... so you can put your computer under your desk and still use Front Row.

Yes Brandon they received them in store today. My buddy was able to grab two from the local store that did not generate any PINs so I will be getting mine Thursday morning now. Radio Shack is also giving $20 Gift Cards to use towards accessories at the time of purchase in this area.

While I usually don't go for boycotts this time I would make an exception, if this was to go through I'd boycott buying anything from Universal. It wouldn't matter if it was an artist I had listened to for years, I'd simply never buy anything they release from that point on.
I'd boycott Apple ipods too. I wouldn't touch a zune either but...that's for a whole lot of reasons.

Right on both counts. Still, I think its amazing that we might be getting a server class OS for what will most likely be less than $129.
It is cool. (Although technically I get my main server class OS for free with Linux. :P)
Since the introduction of the Mac Mini server though I think Apple was kinda pointing in the direction they were going with servers which is out of the Enterprise and into SOHO and in general the move makes a lot of sense. Even though I do a lot of Linux admin work, at the main office I service we're running a pair of Mac Mini Servers and they are absolutely brain dead to set up.
The SOHO (especially the HO portion) is simply not going to drop $500 - $1000 on a server OS. I think with Lion, Apple's gonna hit a home run in that niche�a niche that, in my opinion, is growing and is underserved. If their Samba replacement will behave like a proper domain controller in a Windows environment, even if it's not feature complete, you'll see a lot of the SO portion look twice at it.

i got the iPhone 4 but also got a new Android because i'm sick of the same old school UI after 3 iPhones and i LOVE my android experience, sure i still use my iPhone 4 for some apps i can't get on the android, but apps r really the only thing that still saves the iPhone. of course its stupid to argue about that on a "mac"rumors site, so i'll just ***** up ^^

Thank God Apple had shut down Indian Support centre before this happened. Otherwise all the web community would be blaming Indian Call Center for degrading Apple support service even if they were not at fault.
